Dani is a seasoned professional in hospitality and property management, and the driving force behind From Ash and Dust's Luxury Rentals, where she currently serves as our General Manager. With over a decade of experience in the short-term rental and hotel industries, Dani brings a thoughtful and guest-centered approach to vacation rental management.

Before helping to launch this new venture, Dani led operations as the City Manager for a prominent Cincinnati-based STR management company, where she oversaw a portfolio of over 110 properties. Her career foundation was built with global hospitality brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, where she developed a deep understanding of service, systems, and operational excellence.

A graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Dani is passionate about curating unforgettable guest experiences while fostering strong, transparent relationships with property owners. When she’s not managing properties or enhancing guest stays, you’ll likely find her playing pickleball with her family, taking a Pilates class, or subbing in as a yoga instructor at her favorite local studio. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two energetic pre-teen daughters.
